About Jamaican Milk(Chrysophyllum cainito)

Jamaican Milk fruit may be round to oblate to ellipsoid and 5-10 cm (2 to 4 inches) in diameter. The peel may be red-purple, dark-purple, or pale-green depending upon variety. The fruit also exists in three colors, dark purple, greenish brown and yellow.. The peel may be red-purple, dark-purple, or pale-green. It is smooth, glossy, and leathery. In purple fruits, the inner rind is dark purple, and in green fruits, white. The purple fruit has a denser skin and texture while the greenish brown fruit has a thin skin and a more liquid pulp; the yellow variety is less common and difficult to find.
